Enlighten Dispensary is a modern cannabis retailer rooted in approachability, education, and community trust, designed to make both new and experienced customers feel confident and informed. In partnership with Post Agency, Enlighten underwent a cohesive digital and brand evolution that included a responsive, conversion-driven website, a refined visual identity, and a strategic email marketing system to support promotions, education, and long-term customer engagement. In a competitive and highly regulated market, the goal was to create clarity without intimidation—using thoughtful design and clear messaging to build credibility, strengthen connection, and translate the in-store experience into a calm, human-centered digital presence.

The challenge was to help Enlighten Dispensary stand out in a saturated, highly regulated cannabis market while maintaining approachability—balancing compliance, education, and brand clarity across web, visual identity, and email marketing without overwhelming or alienating customers.

Motion design was used to add clarity and visual engagement across digital touchpoints, reinforcing key messages and guiding user attention without distraction. Weekly email design focused on building a consistent, recognizable cadence that balanced promotion with education, supporting customer retention and repeat engagement. Branding established a cohesive visual and verbal foundation—defining tone, typography, color, and layout systems—while web design translated that foundation into a clear, intuitive, and conversion-focused digital experience that scales with the brand.
